TREATING SEASICKNESS

Seasickness is not a joke: it can seriously weaken sufferers and lower the morale of other survivors.

1. Do not let patient have food until his or her nausea has gone.

2. Make patient lie down and rest.

3. Wash patient and raft to remove the sight and smell of vomit.

4. If available, administer seasickness medicine.

  1. This is what is keeping me from going on a cruise. Do you have any suggestions on what I could take to not have these symptoms?

  2. Hi Candy,
Go to Walmart and pick up their motion sickness bracelet. People love it, and it sells for about $7.00.

    Thank you,
