Take Chromium For Your Diabetes

Soil depletion has rendered most of us chromium deficient. Processed food is another cause of chromium deficiency.

New diagnosed diabetics with mild glucose intolerance can benefit from chromium supplementation. Chromium helps to raise the HDL (good cholesterol). This in turn drives out the bad cholesterol.

Chromium is found in oysters, liver, nuts, brewers yeast and potatoes. The refining of sugar depletes chromium.
