Don't Believe It, Just Use It

It's good for people to believe in something. But you don't have to believe in energy, you just need to use it. Belief is what you do when something lacks reality. When you make a meal, you don't need to say,

"I believe this raw rice will become cooked rice." You don't need to say,

"I believe in you," before you turn on a windshield wiper.

All you have to do is know there is energy in your body and know how to change and manage it. To use energy, you don't have to graduate from college or pass a test. Already within your brain is the technology,

the universal principles,

that know how to use energy.

Without believing in energy,

you can test it and

see the results for yourself.

Your destiny can change

as you manage energy.

Fibromyalgia again..

What You’ll Find Here That Will Change Your Life

In this special report of home care recommendations, you’ll find out what is best in three basic categories: 1) dietary, 2) exercise, and 3) sleep.

I’m focusing on these three categories for three reasons. First of all, what you put in your mouth matters! Secondly, how you exercise can set you back or help you progress toward a full recovery. And lastly, how you sleep affects every part of your waking moments. Without a good night of rest, no one does anything at their best, and I want you to be at your peak mentally, physically and emotionally at all times! You can get there, you know!

If you have any questions about anything in this report, be sure to write them down and bring them in to ask me them at your next appointment. I want you to have all the answers so there’s no mistake about what you should be doing. Ready to go for it and grab your healing now?

Let’s start with some background information about fibromyalgia. I’ve collected questions from my patients over the years and these are the ones I’ll focus on in this special report. Just like they were very important to my previous patients, they no doubt will be important to you, too.

How Often Do I Need A Chiropractic Adjustment?

This is another common question I field in my chiropractic clinic. I am assuming that you have been referred to a chiropractor that is well versed in all areas of care.

Pain relief care is given to the patient to help decrease their symptoms, and get them on the road quickly. This can vary from one to a few chiropractic adjustments.

Corrective care is utilized when a patient has had a condition for a long period of time. The chiropractor will perform an examination with x-rays to help determine if this type of care should be prescribed. Corrective care can take one to several months to accomplish your desired goal of total spinal health.

It is important to feel comfortable with your treatment protocol. Ask your chiropractor questions on any areas you have concerns.

Good Luck,
