  1. Q.--what do you consider junk food? i.e. fast food? specific? as fast food is a pervasive part of our diet today?

  3. Kevin,
Refined sugars, saturated fats, and high glycemic index carbohydrates. Fast food is definetly an example. A lot of people do eat fast food more today then ever because of the convience. If you are in a bind you may consider subway as your fast food resturant of choice. Thanks for visiting. Come back anytime.
