Enlightenment Is Not an Intellectual Exercise

Why doesn’t reality change despite the fact that so many people aren’t satisfied with it?

It’s because, although there is an excess of messages, saying things should change, or how they should change, they are only communicated to people as intellectual information. Such information is not powerful enough to inspire people to change ingrained habits and beliefs, even when they want to.

In order to cause actual change in the world, we need to stop talking about peace and enlightenment. Instead we should use practical actions that will allow us to experience enlightenment.

These methods are already in our brains. We need to keep asking ourselves, “What do I need to do to become this way?” If you keep asking the answers will come.

I created Brain Education exercises so each individual could experience enlightenment and find the answers in their brain to create what they want.
